Meet the Band

Origins

All In His Name is a Contemporary Christian band made up of four members of the former “4th Day Band”. Fourteen years ago, the Cursillo community of the Tidewater area was hosting the National Cursillo Seminar in Virginia Beach. Tommy and Karey Sitzler, husband and wife who were playing locally as 2-4-1 (the two of them for Christ!) organized a group of musicians to join them to provide music for services and entertainment. After the event the group decided to continue rehearsing and stay together and 4th Day Band was born. They played at community events such as Denbeigh Days, coffee houses, churches, and of course for the Cursillo functions. Over the years the sound of the group evolved into a more acoustic tone. Karey began writing more and more of the music and it lended itself to a smaller more intimate quality. The band parted ways with two members, with their blessing, of course, and became All In His Name. The band's name refers to a song title of one of Karey’s songs based on Col 3:17. Tommy, Karey, Bill, and Clint are committed to continue to serve our Lord, giving their talents and sharing His story as they dedicate “everything we do and everything we say” to Him. As the scripture tells us, it is through Him that we give thanks to the Father. We hope you enjoy learning more about us and our music.  Blessings to all!!!
